SereniSleep – Unlocking Deep Rest for a Healthier Tomorrow

SereniSleep is an Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project dedicated to improving sleep quality and overall well-being among adults through modern educational approaches and non-formal training. The project addresses a clear challenge: lack of proper rest affects concentration, motivation, mental health, and work performance—issues particularly present among adults balancing professional and family responsibilities, as well as those engaged in upskilling and reskilling programmes.

What Does the Project Focus On?

SereniSleep develops a set of activities aimed at understanding how sleep quality influences everyday functioning and professional development. Based on these insights, the project creates practical tools, short trainings, and digital resources that help adults better understand the connection between sleep, healthy habits, and personal stability.

Project activities include:

  • mapping national approaches and needs in adult education

  • developing digital materials on sleep rhythms, stress regulation, and sustainable daily habits

  • community-oriented actions that raise awareness of the importance of sleep

  • designing pedagogical approaches that integrate well-being into adult education practices

Creative Station’s Role

Creative Station contributes to SereniSleep by developing pedagogical solutions that make topics related to sleep quality more accessible within non-formal adult education. The focus is on practical methods, experiential learning, and activities that support adults in adopting sustainable lifestyle changes.

Our contribution includes:

  • creating workshop formats and content applicable across various learning environments

  • tailoring materials to the needs of diverse target groups

  • connecting well-being with professional development and productivity

  • supporting educators in integrating sleep-related themes into their programmes

Why is this topic important?

The project focuses on primary school teachers and students aged 8-12 years old.

Sleep quality directly impacts:

  • mental stability and decision-making

  • productivity and focus

  • professional performance and time management

  • overall physical and emotional well-being

SereniSleep aims to make well-being a meaningful part of adult learning programmes, offering adults clear, practical, and sustainable guidance for building healthier habits.
