The Erasmus+ mobility project DELEPO 2.0 – Discover and Develop Your Leadership Potential is an international training activity dedicated to young people interested in strengthening their leadership and personal development skills. Organized by ABARKA ONGD from Spain and hosted in the scenic environment of ADAKA Rural House in Gipuzkoa, the training brings together participants from several European countries, including Serbia.
Through a series of workshops, reflective exercises, and experiential learning activities, the project supports youth in discovering their inner resources, identifying their strengths, and building the confidence needed for active participation in their communities.
As the sending organization, Kreativna stanica is proud to support the participation of Marija Janjić, a young person eager to explore leadership through non-formal learning and intercultural dialogue. The project aligns with our mission of empowering youth through creative, inclusive, and socially engaged education.

Participants are expected to:

The DELEPO 2.0 training is not just about gaining leadership tools – it’s about personal empowerment, shared responsibility, and becoming a changemaker in your local environment. By participating, Marija and her peers will carry the values of Erasmus+ back into their communities, spreading the message of youth engagement, inclusion, and lifelong learning.
